I'm not embarrassed of failing anymore. Although I always ponder where the motivation goes. Ah well.. life goes on. So last year, I found Phentermine, which really helped suppress the appetite and it took me down to about 218 (I believe).. I was definitely happier then. HOWEVER, my life took a sudden turn and I turned to smoking cigarettes MORE than occassionally. I became a full-time smoker in the later half of the year. I finally quit smoking (made myself sick, I think!) August 2nd 2010 and although I don't know if it's related, I also gained all my weight back and then some.
I went CRAZY on the food! Funny thing is, I don't blame it on the Phentermine. I never took it religiously.. I allowed myself to take it for more than a week or two before I forgot and then I'd take a week or two off and start again. It rarely affected my appetite, so I would say that diet plan worked well until the stopping smoking thing.. Then I stopped everything. Controlling my food, taking my medicine.. well control in general.
So yeah, I'm back on hCG. What's it to ya? I got it from a Chiropractor since it's homeopathic drops. It's becoming more widely known these days. After the binging I've done, it may be no surprise that I've lost 10 lbs so far, but I still like it. And OMG my clothes are so frickin' tight. If I have no other motivation, it is this: to get back in these clothes comfortably. (More motivation to come)
