Today is the day, meeting my sisters @ mom's house to weigh-in. Hope I can notice some difference since Saturday. I am trying to walk in the gym in the morning @ work. I usually get interupted by students but every little bit helps. It is bitterly cold here in Alabama today. Windchill below 0 in some places.
