How can i stop stress eating? I choose healthier foods and drink tea and limit going over my calories to 100 calories over if needed

You can’t. But sounds like you’re doing all the right things - being conscious of your eating due to stress, making healthy choices when you do, and minimizing the impact. Everyone says Do extra self-care things to help relieve stress - yoga, walk, call a friend etc Pick whichever works for you.

Other alternatives to eating that also increase your happy brain chemicals and relieve stress. Orgasms. Exercise. Laughter (watch a favorite old comedy movie or series). Growing things. Pets, even if you have to pet someone else's cat or dog. Unplug from news and social media too, both sources of stress.
