good morning y'all! i am feeling much better today as opposed to the last three days. i have been taking chlortabs,and they really help. i'm gonna do my 45 min. workout today,and i'm looking forward to getting it done.hope to see results tomorrow because i've been stuck the past couple of days-that's why i haven't recorded a weigh in. i did lose a pound of the 2 pounds of water weight,so i need to really work today to lose. pray for me!
