Only lost 08 since yesterday. Still very positive as that's in the right direction. I'm not really expecting too much until I add exercise into my routine. This is what I did last year and it worked. I started out with just dieting for a couple of weeks to get to a certain point. I then added walking and after that, additional exercises. When I got to a certain point, I added in bigger exercises at the gym. My own personal theory is that I don't want to have 200 pounds jumping on knee joints. I'm hoping it will warm up so I can take a quick walk during lunch today. Started my Kelp yesterday and I'm going to look for seaweed this weekend. I'm going to get this thyroid under control!
