Well -- I think I am going to make some changes around the house --- As of late it seems like I have developed the habit eating out one day and eating at home the next --- I like this routine .... I try to get a really good salad, veg, lean protein intake when I eat out (usually a buffet) but I also partake in dessert at the end ... ( I stay away from all fried )

I'd like to develop a temptation free zone in my home and at work ( I have already pretty much done it at work ) Sometimes in the evenings at home I find myself binge snacking on Ice cream, cookies or any baked goodie I can whip up in the oven! Even after eating out I am slipping into do this practice and it is time for it to STOP !!!

So I will filter thru the SUGAR stuff around the pantry - fridge -freezer and pitch the stuff that has sat uneaten for awhile and anything else I am willing to release and commit to NOT BUYING ANYMORE SUGAR laden stuff so the days I do not eat out are really great days.

What to do with the existing cookies and Ice cream in the freezer ??? I really hate throwing good food away --- Maybe I will try to get rid of on of these items every couple days too ....

Make the change !!!
