Extremely bummed out this morning. I have spent many months exercising with Gilad on Fit T V between 10 and 11 am every single morning, as well as doing my weightlifting and machines etc during commercials and before and after...had a regular schedule.
Got up today and found out that they have changed their schedule on FITV channel..none this weekend and then after they are having the shows from 8 to 9..that is a very difficult time for me to plan exercising..as I tend to do another exercise plan at that time in the morning (i always exercise on the bed in the morning and then have breakfast and devotionals..and then when done watch the news and then exercise at 10..)
I'm a Melancholy, and I don't do well with interupptions to my schedules and changes..so this is going to be a difficult thing for me to deal with..but deal with it I will.
another bummer is I took a very serious fall yesterday and hurt both my hands, my left wrist, shoulder and chest, (broke my boob..if you can break a boob)..and I'm very stiff and sore this morning..
what a way to start the new year
