So, if being chased by a peacock on the last route wasn't enough...I tried a new route and found myself being chased by several dogs. Which in turn, freaked out my dog causing her to barrel into me and making me twist my ankle.
I was cursing so much that I am so glad, I didn't make a resolution to give up cursing completely or have a swear jar because I'd be broke.
I don't think I'll run until I am back in the safety of my gym because I am so tired of being chased because people do not know how to manage their pets, exotic or not.

I think I'm alright, my ankle was sore earlier, but it's been doing pretty good with the rotation of ice pack and heat pad. But I only have to wait until Thursday to be back in the comfort of my gym which isn't too long. I think I'll just think to weight training and tone exercises.

I gave up walking my dogs a long time ago. There's a "leash law," but it seems I always find the dog that gets out (and not a nice dog) or the owner that could care less. I have a treadmill, my family room floor and I joined a gym last year. I was Faithful and successful and then went off my routine. Now, to get back on--LOL. I do better at the gym then at home, but it's too dang cold to go out to get to the gym--LOL.
