I actually started this diet on January 2nd. I just found this site and I'm hoping this is as good as the site at work! I was very successful last year and I know I can do this again--forever!

Thank you Buffy Bear--I really like this site. I'm still learning how to use it. I'm trying to adjust my historical weight (Jan 2 and today's). I have to figure out how to use a lot of features on this site--LOL.

Draglist--Thanks. I'm going to need it. This time it seems a little tougher. I had a co-worker that was really helping me last year and they no longer work at our company. I'm in the mindset to do this, though!

To change your weigh-ins, when on your home page click my weight history, then on the right hand side, under my diet, you should see a link called enter historical weight histories. That should let you change the weight. Umm, that was on fatsecert Canada, I know there are a few difference with it than the US version (like there are so many more recipes than on the Canadian one!), so I hope this helps! Good luck!
