Took some time off during the holiday and did not record my eating. I pretty much ate well except for a few indulges (very small). I noticed I cannot tolerate the sweet treats I used to enjoy. They make me physically sick and I feel like I have the flu! This has never happened before. I was happy to see I still lost 1 lb. Now time to get back on track! Good luck to us all in 2014!
