That's how much fat secret says I've eaten today. I know tomorrow will be better. It seems it will be, until my family realizes I'm trying to lose weight, and then they will start throwing obstacles in front of me, or making me feel bad about trying to take care of myself. I'm going on 34 years old. I plan to finally get my license to drive very soon. Maybe then I will be able to join Curves, or something like that. I hope so. I just don't know how to deal with the stress of trying to lose weight when the people around me become stumbling blocks. They usually don't approve when I try something new to lose weight. When I started Atkins, my mother prepared all starchy foods to be fixed. When I was doing Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) they would mouth off about how little I would eat. I'm thinking about trying that food lovers fat loss diet, but I don't know. I'm definitely not trying sensa, and I'm not doing diet pills. I just want a sensible way to eat, and lose weight. I hardly feel like doing anything because of my weight. I do very little exercise. I'm hoping having the option of going somewhere will motivate me.
