What was your routine and diet objetives to get results?

Any weight surplus?

good morning! I'm so grateful for your post as I just ordered a protein powder to add to my smoothies for post workouts and to take the place of a meal on occasion. folks on youtube swear by them, and I'd be curious to know also if FS members have gotten good results...thanks again for your post!

Thanks a bunch for your comment. I'd been having a weight surplus of 4 lbs after a week, but haven't moved any further. Hopefully in December I'll get better at toning!
