Glad to finally break the plateau! I’ve been struggling with holidays social anxiety really bad this past week so, I’ve been bloated from forgetting to drink water and eating sodium rich food. Food wise, I’ve been staying under my calories but my sodium was too high. Finally chugged a crazy amount of water yesterday so, the bloat is starting to get better! Woke up crazy anxious this morning and kinda killed it at the gym (burned 805 calories) and I’m feeling much better. Hopefully the rest of the day will be more peaceful and I can chug a shit ton of water. 😅
