Woke up feeling good, ketones at 1.1mmol/L, gearing up for my brothers birthday tonight, so far I have been moderately good, if I can get to Monday without gaining weight that would be great. Will try my best, had Nandos last night and those chips where so delicious and took all my strength to not over indulge
