sort of a rough last few days over xmas. i was baking so much and tasting so many cookies. also at xmas i snacked on some cheeses. i didnt over eat so that was good but i was not eating food i prepared so it makes it harder to track and i didnt have time to anyways.
not going to let this slow me down. i was up one lb. but that is no big deal, i am right back on track now.
