Well, the holiday is past. Time to rededicate myself to a healthy lifestyle and to achieve my goals. The next two weeks will have unique challenges and opportunities. I drove 12 hours yesterday and will be visiting my son until tomorrow. Then I drive to the mountains of Northern Arizona for 9 days of hiking, scouting and bowhunting for deer and javelina. That's the opportunity part. Lot's of hiking and climbing. However, I will be at the mercy of camp foods mostly and with my beer drinking buddies who like to toss a couple back each night. I'm going to stop en route to pick up some healthy foods to take with me and try my best to stick to my plan while out there. We'll see how that works out when I get back on the 10th of January.
