Alrighty, so I have begun two challenges before Christmas. I have my 90 day fitness journal and the 30 day planking challenge. Christmas time was probably the worst time to ever start all of this. I am surrounded by a freakin' sea of temptation all around me with my grandparents' cooking. I'd love to sit down with all the eggnog and chocolate and be happy. Instead, I've been a "good girl"

Also, the temperature has dropped drastically here and it sucks to run in the cold so I've only been walking with my dog. But I've tried to make up for it by walking three miles a day.

Yeah, now it's the hardest. If you can make it though Christmas, you can do anything. Keep it up!
