Had a strict few food days at around 800 calories, as my eldest turned 13 today and wanted a Chinese takeaway, which is a rare occasion in this house. I’ve spoilt myself with a little duck and pancakes, spring onion, cucumber, egg fried rice, salt and pepper chicken and plain noodles. Kept my portions small but REALLY enjoyed what I had. My weight has been pretty static this week, but I think I may have needed to up my calorie intake. Will see over the next day or two xx
