Got very bad news from the hospital. I don’t feel like saying anything. But I won’t really be calculating calories for some days. Also didn’t do my daily work out today. I’ll do it tomorrow though. Need to keep my mind off the issue. Tonight I’m having wine and cake. (A little piece - I just don’t like sweet things). Suddenly the few kilograms I tried so hard to lose are not even close to be an issue.

Always hear to "listen" and I am so sorry you've had bad news. F***, life can be a flat out bitch. You just get used to one issue and she sends a curve ball your way. Arghh! Enjoy that wine. Be gentle on yourself and your choices. You are fierce and beautiful and also have support here on this community (as much as is possible in this strange non-face to face time. It's like we live in such modern times but have somehow been taken back to a place where written words and sentiments matter. Strange). Anyway. Take care of yourself 💅🙏💇‍♀️🍷🧁

Thank you so much for kind words ❤️ I’m getting more tests next week, and I hope my life will be more safe and things will be more clear. Otherwise I’m having comforting fried rice 🍚 and trying to relax and work out, doing lots of household chores - keep myself busy.
