I don't know what is going on! Is it normal to eat 5,000 calories per day?! My hunger is insatiable. Maybe it has something to do with a change in my workout?
I haven't went running in the last couple of weeks because of a knee injury, and its been driving me crazy. My knee hasn't hurt me for three or four days now. So, I am going to do a few miles today and see how it feels tomorrow.
I have been replacing running with the Shawn T Insanity workout, so I still get a good cardio workout in. I also do the P90X workout schedule every day (I've been doing this for about 2 years).
I know I stay active. But, it seems that 3,500-4,000 calories would be plenty. It has always been enough in the past. But, the last few days have been filled with out of control eating. I can't shake this hungry feeling, even when my stomach is bulging from food. Does anyone have any suggestions?
