I'm really hoping that this works this time! I know it did in the past, but dealing with everything, including having my fiance leave me back in Sept., it just seems like such an uphill battle. Sometimes the thought of sweets just seems soo soo nice...I crave things like chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream, milk shakes, and just everything and anything sweet....and sometimes it seems so much easier to just give in and have a little bit of everything than to avoid the temptation. I know that if this is going to work these are all things I'm going to have to avoid, and I'm willing and ready to do that because I know that I'm worth it!, and I know that being skinny tastes better than any food ever can/will. I could just really use some support at this point! :(
