:) It was suppose to dump snow on us today but all we got was a light dusting. YIPEE! I was able to go to the gym which I didn't think was going to happen today. I ate pretty well all day until the fudge started calling my name, oh well tomorrow is a new day. I really have a hard time with sugar, once I have it, then stopping is so very hard. It is like I have an addiction to it. If I can stay away from it then I am fine but one small bite I will start to get uncontrollable cravings.
Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.2 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no new spots, more healing, trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
