Hey Debbie, you don't have to give up anything, just schedule it in. Schedule in a good day, and then the next day, do what you want. and then schedule a good day, etc. slowly you can get back on track.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! you can do this. If a day seems too much, try a meal, a half day, something.

I had that kind of mentality for twenty seven years. But i was "closing my eyes", letting it happen, feeling defeated and hopeless. In contrary you have the courage to post your thoughts and log your food. You have the strength it takes to change things. I wish you find your own way to let this strength take over soon.

Sorry Debbie you are having such a struggle me too...Don't get discouraged. almost 8 yrs ago i stopped smoking i was 158 now i am 210 and i hate it!
