Cannot understand weight-gain, ketones at 2.1 mmol/L so did not do anything wrong, hi massive cardio at lunch and weights in the evening yesterday. Therefore I can only attribute weight gain to water retention. I will purchase a measuring tape which will help measure cm loss. As long as I am losing cm's or kg's I am not worried, I just need to be losing something otherwise back to the drawing board. All of a sudden my easy 24th Dec goal is starting to look like climbing Mt Everest if these are the sort of results I am going to get. However I will dig in and go harder, will see what happens.
