Day 7 post op pain is awful especially the nerve pain. Still not much of an appetite but o started recording again everything I’m eating. I am sick of this plateau and need to jumpstart my losing again! I lost 60 already and have 50 more I want to lose. Despite the pain I have been walking around my neighborhood a bit since it’s been in the 70’s here in western Massachusetts all week! It has helped to just be moving even if it’s slowly. I enjoy keeping up with you all on far secret and look forward to connecting with more of you through comments and posts hopefully!
