@bbkeskin12 it’s a little lighter than a beef or pork sausage and not as greasy but still juicy. This one had small chunks of apple in it!

orzo pasta with chicken broth, butter, lemon juice, rosemary, cloves, cardamon, and garlic powder.
Veggies are onion and zucchini with a little olive oil and pepper.
Sausage is Gilbert's Bourbon Apple Chicken Sausage.
