I'm still hanging on with WW. Can't argue it's teaching me a few things. Timing is one of them. Last night Christmas shopping we ended up eating out at Ruby Tuesdays. I did pretty good there, but then later at home the cheese and crackers were brought out. Not a good time considering I ate extra points at the meal. So I ended up passing on the cheese and crackers. I'll have them on a stay-home night when I have more points to play with. Or I won't use up every point I have in the span of one night.

I still need to get in a few more veggies. While shopping we picked up the raw for munching. I got that all cut up and ready for snack attacks, but I feel like I'm missing them at the meal. And water! I'm slipping on my water and that one I can feel. When I drink more, I'm not as sluggish - and I have been feeling quite sluggish lately.

I'm going to be traveling in a week or two for two to three weeks. I'm a little worried about that. The last meeting talked about keeping healthy snacks on hand and that water - hope I don't find what I've lost. I won't give up though, even if I do. This has been a good experience for me. I still can't believe that I am in WW and it's actually working for me. I think the best part is the meetings and hearing that others are or have experienced the same thing. You know these people exist, but when you actually meet with them it's fascinating and so encouraging to keep going.
