Temen2 yg ngebaca jurnal ku, please kasih saran. Aku diet dr bb 92,3 terus selama 1 bulan defkal turun 7 kg l, lalu aku lanjutkan pola nya, malah udh 2 minggu lebih bbnya stuck ga turun2, kalopun turun cuma 0,1 kg gt.. Kenapa ya? Minta pencerahan ya🙏🏻
