Well I’ve been slacking a bit and have not been on here much but I have not gained and have stayed the same weight so I guess it’s a plateau... but I’ll take it for now. Getting ready for a second major neck surgery on Tuesday so maybe I won’t want to eat much after that and the weight will drop a bit lol. As I recover I’ll be able to move a bit more easier and do more activities ( well that’s the goal) so I’m hopeful I can take off the last 50 pounds I want to lose. ( I’m down 60 since I started this journey last year) goal is to be more active in tracking food and to move more once healed a bit! I do still stalk on here and enjoy watching everyone’s progress and all the yummy food! You all motivate me!! So here’s to a successful surgery and hopefully another 50 pounds going soon! Enjoy your day all!
