This pound doesn't really "count" because I've been at 158.5 for the past 6 months or so and it was only yesterday that I hit 160. I must have eaten very badly over last weekend. Once I get down under 158.5 I will really consider that as weight lost.

That being said, I've gone 24 hours without sabotaging myself. Worked out yesterday and ate reasonably well! I gave the tin of cookies and sweets that Tami gave me to Denise and Bill without eating one thing myself.
