Survived Thanksgiving and a trip to Orlando parks without any weight gain (or loss). I am thankful for that! I ate healthy the entire week and exercised at the hotel. For Thanksgiving I had a spoonful of the yummy foods but that was it. I did not feel deprived. Hope everyone else had a successful holiday!
