Have had a great week physically starting off with an 8km hike and then and 4.5km Geotrek. 10,000+ steps everyday and exceeded my 30 min active minutes every day. Although I haven’t lost I am wondering if I have had enough food as I have felt hungry at times this week. Not going to stress over no loss as I know what I did this week and I can see results in the mirror.

I have this too, the scales last week said no weight loss then this week 2 kgs!! I swim for 30 mins every morning and wonder if fat moves to muscle which they say is heavier 🤷‍♀️
