Good luck with the healing process, ive read that the ancle is the main source of knee injuries perhaps have a look at the type of shoe you wear while exercising. Blessings send your way.

Thank you guys, will definately look to continue with the upper body . Good point on the shoes. I've been using the Maxed pair since July so they definately need a replacement. I'll see how it feels next week.
