Hate it when I am well under my calories for the day and i exercised and I didn't even lose a gram 😔😔 what more can one do 😣😞

Your body can only burn so many Calories in a day. Even with the exercise and the eating, there will be fluid retention, food still digesting and the like. This is why it is best to weight once a week at most. Better to leave it for 2 weeks to get your body to flush everything and then see from there.

Day to day weighing doesn't prove much. Even week to week, don't worry too much. Some days I weigh 2 or 3 kgs more than the day before. Water weight can be deceiving. Maybe use waist measurements instead and measure once every 2 or 3 weeks. And maybe only compare your weight 2 or 3 weeks apart
