Hey. Are things with kids a d your health getting worse? My heart goes out to you. I haven't "known" you very long but I feel like I understand some of what you are going through. Besides praying, is there anything I can do to take some of the stress off , even if it is only listen as someone not personally involved.😷🙏🙏🙏

Yes Melissa, the muscle doesn't matter. I only care about the numbers on the scale 😛.

$5 says Melissa has a better muscle to total body weight ratio than Chris. That’s what matters to me lol. And don’t go losing that muscle Melissa! It looks awesome on you! As for staying under Chris on weight... I remember when I was so darn proud to finally get under his weight (130ish at the time) lol. Now I wanna get to his muscle mass while staying under his weight 😝

Haha! You guys make me grin! 😁 Thanks, Keilin! Muscle? Who needs it! 😁 But, yeah... I'm trying to keep the weight as muscle. I'm lifting the same weight, I just haven't been working out as often. I'm going to really try to have really good workouts this week, but we will see. Without walking or running so much, because of the darn crying skys, I just have to cut the calories. It is so unfair peeper! Chris eats like a horse and doesn't look like one! But thanks for kindly bolstering my confidence! I'm hoping my "healthy" eating can help me beat Chris in the body fat department someday! 😁

Carol, you are so sweet. Thank you for your kind words and your prayers. ❤️ I know keeping consistent with diet and exercise are the very best things I can do for myself right now. I'm really trying. Things are just really tough right now in many ways. With five young "adult" children almost 18 to 24, it always seems someone is on the verge of an life altering calamity, and one trouble leads to another. As for my girl with the head injury trauma, she is doing just a bit better in the pain department, although right now she is on a heart monitor as a cardiologist is trying to figure out why she is fainting... If it is just pain or there is something weird going on with her heart.

Melissa have you heard of Byron Katie? She has an interesting introspective method of dealing with the stress in our lives. I am finding it helpful especially for stress generated by the needs of others. You can google her and get a lot of information, should you be interested.
