OK today it's really hard 😭 I feel so fatigued. I took a nap during lunch... I also feel like I'm having withdrawal symptoms... Trying to stay focused on my goal 😢

Hi there, felt like that yesterday (day 3). Felt shaky the whole day. But today was awesome again! YOU CAN DO THIS!

I was also feeling like that recently, tired all the time, it happened when i was consistent with a calorie intake of 1200. I took a 2 week break ended up gaining 1kg during this break. Last 5kgs seem to be a struggle for me.
