MILESTONE! Down 75%, less than 25% left to reach my goal. It is really very nice to see that "GREEN" bar in the weight graph. Over the last 3 years, they've been red, orange, & yellow at times. However, this is the first time I've seen green. It is psychologically very uplifting. Now is the time to be extra vigilant. With three holidays in the next six weeks, all of them famous for overindulgence, everyone trying to lose or maintain weight will need to be extra careful. The food pushers will be out in force! LOL :-)
