Down one pound since last weigh-in. The weight has been coming off very slowly for the last 10 or 12 days, but immediately prior to that I had a huge drop in just a few days. My guess is that the big drop was mostly water weight. So to figure out my actual weight loss, if I use the losses for the last 16 days (11 lbs), I get an average loss of 4.81 lbs per week. Still pretty high. The truth, as they say, shall be in the pudding. Let's see how it goes over the next two weeks. November 29th will mark the 6 month anniversary of this dietary and exercise lifestyle metamorphosis. I hope to hit the 75% down mark with only 25% to go by that date.
