been making cauliflower for a few weeks now. Every time I tweak the recipe. Either jerk or buffalo. This one is a less spicey, slightly sweet version

yes it was!! I've noticed cauliflower is watery, so as its baking the sauce starts to marinate and get juicy. if I don't finish I can keep the rest of it marinating in the fridge over night!
