Really struggling with the cravings this week. I ate 1 tablespoon of nutella! OMG... then I went home and ate 2 big whopping spoons of ben and jerrys salted caramel cheesecake ice cream. I got up at 2 am and ate a handful of almonds.Staying strong today.... so far.
