Haven't lost much but have lost cm's. But I am an 80's girl!!! even if it is just under 90kg... Need to get to 85kg asap!!!! Trained hard this week even with my knee - and it was awesome - more strength and muscle building training. And so, tomorrow is the day I do my first 15km walk for charity. Just hope this knee doesn't give me problems. Not sure how long its gonna take - i'm thinking prob bout 5hrs. Yikes!!!! Wish me luck people - i think i'm gonna need it. But yeh... proud of myself for even entering.... Update on tomorrow's walk to follow....
