I agree. I’m weighing in once a month. I’m walking 2x per day everyday, sometimes a light jog, and lifting weights 3-4 days a week. I can feel a difference and my clothes are definitely loser. I’m afraid to get on the scale because I don’t want to be discouraged so early on in this process. So, I’m hitting it hard this first month with changing my eating habits and exercising. I’ll see what the scale says in two more weeks.
