Today I reached my new lowest weight which is 68.2 kgs, just 1.9 kgs away from goal weight which will mark a total of 20 kgs LOST.🕺🏻 In exactly 5 weeks from today, I go away on a birthday trip, and I’m hoping to hit my goal by then. I am daily weighed, which I have decided to stop, I will now weigh once a week to keep me on track. I find that when I weigh in daily, I give myself room to cheat when I see the scale going down. I had a huge cheat day today, as a last hoorah. I plan on staying on track for the next 5 weeks. I hope I can do this. 💆🏻♀️
