Great start on weight loss considering my very sedimentary life right now. Biggest problem is L5 & L6 have slipped and pinching off the sciatic nerves and causing severe stenosis. Can’t walk more than 4-5 minutes at a time with out major severe pain rendering me useless the rest of the day. Very depressing for someone like me who not only loves to walk but has always been a very busy physical person. Praying I receive some much needed relief from pain block next week. Then, on to see a neurosurgeon. 58 is way to young to live this kind of life! Plus, I have way too many grandkids to not be active!! 17 grands, 3 greats with two more on the way!!!
