Been a bit high in my carbs the last couple of days. Have to pay more attention. I record everything - only way I can do it. In the beginning I always have trouble getting enough fat (KETO) so I made some PB Fat Bombs. Used maple flavoring instead of vanilla - a teaspoon! Tasted like battery acid instead with a sweet finish.😖 😜😂😂 Throwing them out. Do over today. Have a good day every. 💗
