What a morning, spent 5 hours in the ER last night b/c my son 6mos old has RSV, and hes been having breathing treatments all night.. Not to mention he is out of daycare for the next week. So thats has put a huge damper on my exercise routine, I guess Ill have to dance my way around the house to get some exercise..

I have to keep my self motivated, I really want that doughnut this morning!!!

I hope your son gets to feeling better soon. The raspy breathing will take a toll on both of you. You may end up with several hours of slow dancing with him in your arms. RESIST THE DOUGHNUT!

I hear ya! I have had sick kids for a week and a half! (And still do today) Two different viruses going around my house, one like Strep Throat and the other the dreaded Stomach Flu! Ugh! It's very easy to become discouraged when you're stressed w/sick babies isn't it?! Fight it though! Find some other healthier carb to eat, like fruit or peanut butter toast, it'll give you the same chemical effect w/ less calories, carbs, and sugar spike/drop. Hope you both are feeling better soon!
