No weight fluctuations since Friday. This is fantastic. I have a history of very bad weight fluctuations (3-7 kg almost overnight) and I've been trying to get that under control lately. It seems to be mostly water weight but that doesn't matter, it's not supposed to be happening. So my new approach seems to be working well... I hope I can maintain it.
My goal for this week: I want to try and get my average macros 100% on point by the end of this week.
Short term goals: my current BMR is 1576. I've managed to increase it by about 70 calories since I started exercising, which is really great! But I want to get it to 1615 for now. I still have the short term goal of weighing 78 by the end of this month. Let's do this!
