My weight has pretty much stabilized but my fitness level and overall body tone are great. I'm not preoccupied about hitting any kind of weight target at this point because my weight training progress is coming along so smoothly. I am consistently improving on resistance and stamina, and I'm feeling great. The six pack is starting to make an appearance. Booyah.

I was just reading your post and laughing. I was saying the same thing to myself this morning. I started my diet and excercise last February and have dropped 65 lbs and have toned up and look the same as I did when I was 21 (22 years ago, OMG!!!). I am also starting to see some abs popping through, which to me is the ultimate reward for all the hard work. As I was working out this morning I was watching the infomercial for P90X and after some positive feedback some friends on it, I am going to give it a try to see if I can shred it all up. Im kind of stoked about it. Anyway, congrats on all your achievements and have a happy and healthy holiday season!
