I GOT MY COPPER-FIT SHORTS TODAY! I WALKED 1 HR ON THE TREDMILL AT 2.0 WITH ONLY A LITTLE HIP PAIN. SO I AM HAPPY. I WALKED THE TRAIL AT HALL LAKE AND MADE MY STEPS GOAL BY 2300 LAST NIGHT AT WORK FOR THE FRIST TIME IN WEEKS. TODAY WILL BE A BREEZE. ALREADY HAVE 7200 STEPS.
LESS SMOKY TODAY BUT COOLER. I THINK FALL IS COMING EARLY. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE TODAY,
