Well, despite the fact that I have been eating under my 1800 calories all week, I have managed to put a pound of weight back on. I didn't document it because I am sure it is just water weight from eating a little more sodium. I pray I finish up this week and get back on serious weight loss track next week.
On a brighter side, I got fitted for my Maid of Honor dress yesterday and was done 4 dress sizes! Pretty excited about that! I praise and thank God for that!!
